Pilaplast injects of the technical and aesthetic parts for the sectors of the luxury packaging and industry.
We produce small, medium and great series of injected parts of 1 to 200 G according to a large range of materials, processes and finishes.
We have 15 presses of injection from 35 to 200 Tons arranged with peripherals performing (crushers, sprue picker, conveyor belt, robots, feeders automatic, …)

The quality control is carried out with each stage of the production with regularly calibrated measuring equipment: profile projector, chamber daylight, vacuum chamber, flow solex, proofer, slide calipers, column of measurement, gauges,…

Assembly
Our workshop of assembly and conditioning enables us realize subsets and complete units:
- Hot-melt joining and UV
- Welding ultrasound
- Mechanical resistance (Tightening, fixing,…)
Packing
The assembly of utmost precision is carried out manually or into semi-automatic.
We develop also fast automatic machines with manual or automatic loading for assemblies in great series.
